Thomas grew up in construction. His family runs JP Larouche & Sons, a residential construction company established in Quebec, Canada. He launched his own landscaping company at 14 and worked as a framer before transitioning into marketing in the construction space.

In the last 24 months, he generated more than $5M in pool sales in the U.S., including $4.1M with his flagship partner. He doesn't just understand marketing. He understands job costing, pricing, sales process, project flow, and what real field operations look like day to day.

Thomas is the technical operator behind the model. He built the systems, campaigns, and qualification workflows that drive this pipeline end to end.
